Consider different ways to solve a problem. As part of a design culture, need to be open to new options. Design is a systematic process of creation, communication and iteration that leads to a systemic culture of design. Need senior mgmt buy-in, evangelise.
We need to get into the habbit of gathering and incorporating feedback. Understand the deign process and balance with flexibility and intuitive.
